Pace & Plan is a planning tool for teachers. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

If you create an account: your email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash), and the planning data you create — calendars, pacing choices, and lesson plans. If you use Pace & Plan without an account, everything stays in your own browser and nothing is sent to us.

No student data

Pace & Plan stores teacher planning data only. There are no fields for student names, grades, rosters, or any other student information, and we ask that you not enter any. Because no student records are collected, the tool does not receive data covered by FERPA or COPPA.

What we do with your data

We store it so your calendars sync across your devices. That's it. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than running the service. There are no ads.

Where it lives

Account data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in data centers in the United States, protected by row-level security so only your account can read your data.

Your rights

You can export your calendars to a file at any time from inside the app. You can delete calendars yourself, and you can request full account deletion by emailing us — we'll remove everything within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll note it on this page and, for material changes, email account holders.
